Our warehouse process and ships out all orders Monday through Saturday (excluding major holidays). Processing time takes 1-2 business days before order is shipped.

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, we will send a replacement minus the shipping fee.

We recommend hand washing but Bold drinkware is dishwasher safe and wash tested to last up to 3,000 washes in a commercial dishwasher. For best shine and clarity a polishing cloth is recommended after wash.
